With Easter and Earth Day in the same weekend, the South Bay sure is hoppin. These South Bay events will be  fun for the whole family!

 

Friday, April 18, 10:00am – 2:00pm

San Pedro Farmers Market – Heirloom vegetables, delicious food, live entertainment and craft vendors.

Friday, April 18, 7:00pm

Underwater Eggstravaganza – This underwater adventure takes egg hunting to a whole new level as the young swimmers search the bottom of the pool for their eggs. Your kids will dive right into the fun!

Saturday, April 19, 8:00am – 3:00pm

Earth Day Bird Fest Celebration – Cabrillo Marine Aquarium will be celebrating Earth Day with hands on activities for kids, exhibits from many local organizations and fun activities for all. Join in the yoga class, hike through the salt marsh, hatch some grunion and so much more!

Earth Day Celebration – Take an active part in celebrating our beautiful Earth. Help care for the native plants, take  a ranger hike and participate in an Earth friendly art project.

KIDS KRAZY KRAFT DAY – Your kids will really get to enjoy the magic of printing through interactive activities. There will be paper making, paper marbling, cartooning and they will even be able to screen print a souvenir to take home.

Easter Egg Hunt at Sea on L. A.’s Official Tall Ships – Permission to come aboard is granted! Celebrate this Easter with an egg hunt onboard the amazing Tall Ships. Learn a lot about the ships while searching for hidden treasure.

Native American Pow Wow – To honor the indigenous people of America, Dominguez Hills is hosting its fourth annual Pow Wow. Learn about the history of Native American’s while enjoying the cultural food, dance and song.
