Celebrate Your Birthday South Bay Style

Even in the South Bay birthdays only come once a year, and if you are born during a leap year they are only once every four years! If you are looking for a way to celebrate your birthday South Bay style, try one of these amazing birthday party locations right here in the South Bay.

Gable House Bowl & Laser Tag

Experience the thrill of an exhilarating game of capture the flag in the maze like laser tag arena. Don’t get caught by your opponents while dashing across the dark room. Try to go all the way while bowling with a perfect score, or if you are like me, just try to keep the ball out of the gutter. Usually bowling alleys only have limited snacks available. Gable House Bowl has a Pizza Hut Express, a snack bar and delicious meals from Jack’s Place Bar and Restaurant. They also have arcade games in both the bowling alley and the laser tag facility.

Party Packages

Gable House Bowl and Laser Tag, offers customers customizable birthday package options for kid and adult parties. Choose laser tag, bowling (bowling shoes included), or a combination of both. Most packages include unlimited soda, two slices of pizza per guest, paper goods, invitations and a party Host. A private party room is also available. They even have a Laser Storm Lock-In Overnight Party from 11:30 pm- 7:00 am that includes unlimited laser tag, unlimited video games, and complementary milk, coffee and doughnuts in the morning. Pizza can be ordered for an additional cost.

Deane Dana Nature Center

This wonderful South Bay park has a nature center, two huge parks with play structures overlooking the harbor, and hiking trails leading up to a scenic overlook. This park is especially a great party place for kids who like bugs, reptiles and adventures in the great outdoors.

Party in the Wild

Birthdays in Nature is a program for kids parties. The party host runs all of the activities, helps decorate and is amazing at making the birthday party special. They offer a hike, crafts and songs to keep the kiddies entertained.  In addition, they bring out live animals and animal skins for the kids to touch! My son’s birthday is in December and most of the time it tends to rain so I was really excited that the nature center also has an Indoor/Outdoor Seating option.

South Bay Aquatics

This indoor swimming facility is a fun and colorful place for kids. Cabana areas add a tropical paradise theme with lounge chairs for relaxing on the “beach” when not swimming. They have lots of restrooms and showers available, and many different size pools.

Pool Party

Your party here includes a private pool party and a party room. The room is really amazing with bar type seating next to a window that overlooks the pool, a larger seating area for guests and a small play area for kids when they are not swimming. The party planner will help decorate and organize your special day and lifeguards are on duty to keep everyone safe.
